Returns & Exchanges
Because all our artworks are made-to-order, we can only accept returns in the following cases:
1. The item arrived damaged or defective
2. You received the wrong design / Size
If any of these apply, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at contact@enzovelleti.com with:
1. Your order number
2. Photos of the product and packaging
3. A short description of the issue
Our support team will arrange a refund promptly.
Refunds
Once your return or refund is approved:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing once we’ve confirmed your return
You’ll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is processed.
Return Shipping
If a return is required, we’ll provide detailed instructions.
In most cases, return shipping is covered by us for damaged or incorrect items.
Exchanges
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges for different designs or sizes.
If you’d like a different piece, simply place a new order once your refund has been processed.
